tried chatting with support online, tried logging in with the myBT app, it shows i have broadband there, but wont let me go to content partner and sort out my 6 months free xbox live. 

i can kind of understand that the bills section might not show anything as i just got the full fibre in last week. 

thanks for all the help guys, guess ill wait and see what happens
