Unable to claim reward card

Signed up for a deal with a £90 reward card, services installed and activated, received an email with a link to claim my reward card and all I get is error! Try again after some time. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue! How do I sort this?

Yup, click on the claim reward link, asks me to log in, once I've logged in it just forwards to a page that says "error! Please try after some time" Been trying the same thing for a week since I got the email saying my reward was ready to claim

I have this exact same problem and sent to the exact same page with error message. Could you please forward the details regarding how to rectify this issue.

Thanks for confirming that @tomgreen72 .

It normally takes up to 14 days after the order closes before you can claim the reward but I can check that everything is in order for you. I'll drop you a private message now so you can get in touch.
