Unable to use BT Mail on Apple Devices

I'm sorry for the problems you're having accessing your email on your Apple device.  The Community have covered all the points to try and help you get this sorted and I'm sorry you're still having the same issue.

Hi, i have the same problem. I can get mail on mobile devices but on mac i am getting 'wrong password' and unable to verify account on apple mail and MS outlook.. please help
