I placed an order for Fibre 900 last week and have not received any type of confirmation - no email/letter etc. (I've checked email Junk folder).
A few hours after placing the order, I received a text message with a link to a PDF explaining how fibre is installed - but that's all I've had. I created a My BT Account at the time of ordering which does not indicate in any way that my account is live (it asks me to link my account when I log in). I have nothing to even track the order.
Can anyone help? I've tried calling but because I work long hours, I can't hold for almost an hour given the current wait times.
