Hello.
Covid is preventing me visiting my mother’s care home. She has a new BT Big Button 200 but the volume is too low. I have the following questions:
1. Does the « volume + » button work for handsfree and handset use?
2. Does the « volume + » button have to be pressed for each call?
3. Does the « loud » button have to be pressed continuously? If not, does the « loud » button have to be pressed for each call?
5. How does the loop system work? Can it be used for handsfree and handset?
Many thanks, Rob

@robert_mclaren Hi Rob, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, hopefully, one of the care home staff will be able to help your Mother in these testing times.
I took a quick look at the Big Button 200 user guide and the answer to your first three questions is yes, pages 11 to 13 explain how to adjust the volume settings. Make sure the loud switch on the underside of the base has been changed to hearing otherwise the buttons will be controlling the voice volume. I'm not sure what the loop system is but if you take a look at the user guide link I've posted it details all the phone features and how these work. I hope that helps
