Whole Home Premium WIFI Discs

Hi, I have happily installed a 3disc Premium WIFI disc pack via wifi connection using the BT app installation process & I have them show up on the Network Map. What i am having difficulty with is adding a 4th disc via ethernet cable from an existing disc & have it also connect & show up on the Network Map, I cannot find a step by step procedure to do this can anyboby help, thanks

Sorry to inform you but you have been miss sold this product like the rest of us.

Ethernet backhaul is not currently working correctly, BT are MORE THAN AWARE of this and they will apparently have it fixed sometime in the future with a mythical update that we have all been promised.

ETA some time in the future as they have no respect for keeping their customers updated.

Thanks for the info, if have worked around it by adding a disc in between to eliminate the ethernet
