Whole Home WiFi firmware update v1.02.04 build10

Hi I am using the latest firmware with no issues. What Device and version of OS are you using and have you talked to the BT Whole Home helpdesk yet.

Yes I have the same problem.

I have 2 systems, the first is on the latest firmware and works fine through the app on my iphone.

The second system in a different location has not had the firmware updated and I can no longer access thought the iphone app.

Obviously it’s because I have not updated the firmware in the discs yet.
I’m reluctant to do this as they are working fine and I have good quality WiFi throughout my house.
But cannot use the App features.
Think I will leave as is for the time being until issues sorted with the latest firmware.

To be honest, new firmware been used now for quite some time by many users and it seems pretty stable. I’d upgrade if I were you..

BT seem for a long time to have taken the view that they can use your subscription to create a wireless soup across the whole country using every hub distributed to help people as they drive by your house in their car, as if you would want to pay for them too. You used to have to actively opt out of BT wifi-with-FON and Wifi-X otherwise it keeps going. My dishes are great but I use a much cheaper providers hub and switch off their internal Wifi. Good luck with BT.
