Yes I have the same problem.
I have 2 systems, the first is on the latest firmware and works fine through the app on my iphone.
The second system in a different location has not had the firmware updated and I can no longer access thought the iphone app.
To be honest, new firmware been used now for quite some time by many users and it seems pretty stable. I’d upgrade if I were you..
