Whole home add compatability

Hi

i have a triple set of whole home discs and want to add a new fourth one to the network. 

Do I need to get a specific spec model to match?

mine say AC 2533 white item 088269 on the box.

Hi @Rjwkford, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. There are different Whole Home Wi-Fi (WHW) products and they are not compatible with each other ie you can't use Whole Home Wi-Fi discs with Mini Whole Home Wi-Fi discs.

Have a look at the Add on Disc and spec sections for the WHW product you have and if you need further help give the product helpdesk a call or drop them an email.
