Wholehome app not working

I have been using the BT Wholehome for a few months and everything is working fine, and did not have to use the app for a while. Just out of interest, I tried to access the app, and it tells me that I am not connected to the wholehome system even thought I am connected to it via wifi. I tried to access using the webpage and nothing shows up. I also tried it with other devices and same thing happened. But the wifi disk are all working properly and we can access the internet with all three disks. What is going on? Can anyone help?

Hi what did you restart the app or the disks.
I have the same issue with the app after having to restore the phone it on from a backup.

I've restarted the phone and the disks. The app stubbornly says it is not connected although everything else is.

 

Wish I hadnt bothered trying to install another disc now!
