Hi, we've just moved to a new house, and our broadband got connected yesterday (Thurs 20th Aug) and still today our smart hub is flashing pink, is there anything I need to be doing to get it working?
Is it a new build with FTTP or is it FTTC?
It's not a new build, its a military house, I belive it's Fttp
then phone the FTTP 08005874787 and see if they can help you
