We signed up for BT tv and broadband and qualified for the xbox gift. We have waited on the xbox but no email arrived. We chased it up only to be told it will be a week to hear back from the team responsible. We waited the week plus extra days and still heard nothing back. Now we chased back up today and have been told they will submit a complaint and it will take another 48 hours minimum to hear back. This is unacceptable for us and if they cannot deal with this sooner then it's a case of switching providers.
