My BT TV Box will not boot properly. After the Waking Up message it goes to You View, Please wait, then a "Use SMART mode message...." appears, then it says Loading. After that it goes to BT waking up again and the cycle continues.

I spoke to the BT help desk earlier today and after testing it remotely the view was it had failed so a new box is winging its way to me now. Thanks, anyway.
