I have submitted a number of samples to the anti-spam team to fix the filters from today that has fixed the situation. Messages going forward should be fine.
Good news, hopefully it's going to be fine shortly. Looks like the moderators may have had some influence on the postmaster.
Here's to the next report from a company with a similar issue ...
Hi @amityweb,
Sorry that the emails have been blocked again.
I will follow this up with Postmaster to see if I can find out any more information for you and hopefully get this fixed once and for all.
Thanks
Matt
@amityweb, I've sent you a private message.
Hello,
My company is having the same issues.
Our emails to customers who have booked a holiday via our websites, are not getting the holiday booking confirmation email.
This is intermittent and at times the email will be delivered, at other times it does not.
This is always to @btinternet.com recipients.
We see this in our Proofpoint logs.
Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as SPAM
Have you contacted the BT postmaster to see if they can offer a solution.
Hi,
Yes we have emailed BT postmaster several times but never get a reply.
The last email was sent yesterday.
I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 24 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.
Hi @GjT welcome to the forum and sorry that you have not heard back from the postmaster yet. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we will see if we can help move the postmaster along.
cheers
John

As a matter of interest, how can you "move the postmaster along"? What aren't they doing that needs a push?
