bad phone signal

Hi I registered a complaint about a very poor signal at home and work and even in my local city high street ,and just got no where so I was wondering if I would be justified in cancelling my contract ?

Reception issues can be down to many things, but it is unusual to have poor reception in so many places both indoors and out. Have you checked to see if there are any network issues, or if others on the same network in the area are having the same issues?

 If you are within 30 days of starting your contract then you have the ability to cancel without any penalties.
