I bought an Xplora 3S as a child safety device for my granddaughter and it worked fine on O2. Recently I moved my contract and hers to BT mobile and ported the numbers. The Xplora works fine for voice and SMS but does not have a working data connection which means that the location cannot be transmitted.
The Xplora will only receive SMS from numbers whitelisted by her parents, so I put the sim into an old android phone initially in order to activate it. I presume that the carrier settings for BT were downloaded to that handset. How can I get the carrier settings resent now that the sim is in the Xplora?
