email associated with wrong BT ID

I have a BT email address linked to a BT ID which is not associated with any paid for BT products. I have another BT ID associated to my BT Broadband which I wish this email address to be transferred to. I want to move the BT email address then close down the BT ID not associated with any BT products. The gifting option is not present. I don't want to delete the email. How can I achieve this?

Hi @mojitomaestro,

Thanks for taking the time to send in your account information.

It looks like you don't have an email address set up under your current broadband account number. You will need to create a new email address under this account number and then import your current email address.  I have included a quick guide to help you out.
