In email, I keep getting the error message:
"Unable to connect to the server or it is slow to respond"
email works, I can read emails, move them, delete, etc, but when I crete a new rule (setting - mail - rules) it always fails with that message.
This has been going on a long time - months. Do rules still work? Is ther a fix?
Hi @paulmarkj, thanks for posting and sorry you are having this message when using BT Email.
Have you tried to change the rule settings on another device and preferably one connected via Ethernet and see if this error happens?
