end of term contract

Why cant I find my end of term TV and broadband dates.

2 ways I know of, in the iOS version of My BT it shows in the broadband section or you can look back at your orders and add 18 or 24 months to the order date.

First of all you need to go to this page. https://www.bt.com/appsordermgmt/secure/listoforders.do
Then select the order that you wish to view, and on the top right there will be a link saying "Show contract terms"
