ex employee broadband

Hi all, first ever question and it's the usual recently retired ex-employee free broadband/tv enquiry.  Retired in November but no contact from BT about the cessation of my employee broadband deal. Don't want to rack up a large bill. I wonder if #RobbieMac can reply with the details/contacts I need to resolve this as he has done in previous similar posts.  Thanks in advance

Re: ex employee broadband

Hi 23years welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. Check out this thread and it explains what should happen after you leave BT

Re: ex employee broadband

Thanks for getting back to me John,   I  have contacted the employee options in India via email and they have replied since I posted my question. I am a world class worrier and I am concerned that things may get lost in translation  with them and I end up losing my broadband altogether. Is the 'easy assist team' you mention the 800880 number given to me by my manager before I left ?

                                                               Regards,

                                                                                    David

Re: ex employee broadband

Hi 23years you just call the normal customer service number 0800 800 150 and the sales team should be able to place the order. If they can't they will transfer your call to the easy assist team to help.

cheers
John
