has bt reduced fibre speeds?

hi have been getting around 300 to 330 meg download speed the last few months and around 50 up but now when i do a speed test it is now only giving me 92.2 megs down is bt reducing the speeds at the moment? i am paying extra for my connection if they are i think they should tell you

BT haven't reduced speeds. Is this G.Fast or FTTP?

If G.Fast check for a dial tone on your line and then for noise. 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.

it is fttp wbc fttp 330 down 50 up it has an active ont and another one can be ordered

ok thanks are bt back doing home visits now as long as you are social distancing?but if i am correct i f i have an ont they can remote upgrade me aswell if available remotely ?
