meross smart wi-fi plug

ive just got some meross smart wi-fi plugs but they will not connect to bt home hub just keeps coming up with installation failed, any help would be good. thanks

Turn off Smart Setup, turn off 5Ghz WiFi and once connected restore 5Ghz WiFi
