I have created a new email address and checked it is sending and receiving.
Trying to add to Mac mail but it won't accept it - "unable to verify account name or password"
I have also tried to add the new email address to my Android phone with the same result.
Called BT but can't help.
problem on 2 devices MUST be a BT issue?

Are you setting the account up manually on the devices using the correct settings here or letting them use a wizard?

I have also tried a second new email address with the same result?
Try changing the password on the account and then wait for an hour to give the password chance to sync between servers and then attempt to set the account up again on one device only. If successful, repeat for subsequent devices.
