We can't see your Hub online so we're not able to run a speedtest for you at the moment.
If you like we can take you through some further checks to see if everything is ok with your broadband.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

there is no noise on my line, there is the correct phone/router splitter in place, there is no magnets/metal/walls/books/ cuddly toys near my router, i have not changed any settings, i am not technically inert.
my internet has gone slow, for the last few days, either from something you have changed, or openreach. it is not my responsibility to wait on hold to inform you of your mistake.

Can you post the info @imjolly asked for and someone can help you further.
