hi
My upgraded package for full fibre 900 was activated today but the speed for download is 65mb and upload is 63mb.
I've done everything possible starting with the hub reset and switching off completely but it's still reading the same (speeds about the same prior to upgrade as was on full fibre).?
Has my broadband been reset to the new package or has it yet to switch over?
Many thanks
Bobbie
Try turning the ONT off for 5 mins. Some people have reported this works.

Hi
The link rate to the smart hub 2 is 72mbs
Speeds are showing now (after disconnecting a few devices) as download 223mb and upload still at 118mb
Still a vast difference to expected download 900mb and upload 450mb
I'm only getting literally 1/4 of what it should be
@Bobsters1 are these speeds quoted with a cable directly connected to the hub or over Wi-Fi?
You're not the only one with speed issues 😞 It took me over 70 days to resolve mines.
I'd suggest getting the speeds from a wired connection (multiple machines if you're lucky enough to have several machines to test with) to the smarthub if not already.
Use fast.com to get the speeds (not the best in my opinion but BT's favorite)
When you turned off the ONT did you leave it powered down for at least 5mins and tried factory resetting the smart hub?
Make sure you're using good quality Cat7 cables.
Once all done call the FTTP team. 0800 587 4787.
BTW - I'm not aware of an upload offering by BT for 450, do you mean 455mb? If so, that's your your Stay Fast Guarantee 455Mb, Upload speed should be 110Mb - 110Mb.
hi
I've turned off everything and have done what you have stated and restarted hub but speed still 223mb download.
OK upload but very disappointed with download speed being only 1/4 of what I should get.
How do i go about looking into the hub itself?
Many thanks
Bobbie
