complaint managers email

I wish to submit a complaint via email. Today I spoke  to Early Life Team, I was advised to email ************ the advisor was unable to tell me who he was or confirm he was real person. A quick Google search tells me he was BT CEO  until 2019.

Please can someone give me a current complaint team email address? 

An online complaint form would be most useful.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

I have asked one of them to respond on this thread.

Its not permitted to share that information on this forum.

Have you tried this page https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/complaints

This is the best way to progress it.

Yes, an advisor raised two complaints for me, I would love to know the content but am not permitted to View? One has been Closed?? Not feeling reassured

Hi @Nettie I'm really sorry you have reason to complain, sharing the CEO email address isn't permitted as per the forum terms but if you have an existing complaint ongoing you can update the complaint notes by logging into MyBT on this link. 

I will also send you a private message if you'd like to get in touch with the moderation team as we may be able to assist.
