Can anyone tell me if there is an email address for getting in touch with BT? I have contacted their online help on numerous occasions but got absolutely nowhere so I want to try a different way, and attach evidence.
There is not an email address however if you have a complaint you can write to BT at BT plc PO Box 334 Sheffield S981BT or you could try emailing the BT CEO. You will find his email address with an Internet search.

Similarly .. called numerous times . A month into the process and I’ve been deceived and no resolution thus far

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
I wrote to the Sheffield customer services manager with my complaints. BT regularly raise complaint and try calling and then close complaint. I’m sick of explaining all the problems each time and getting nowhere. I want a written reply and compensating and so far not had a reply !
the complaint process is a joke !
