Returning equipment

I have returned my equipment to BT after changing to EE from BT and Sky but without thinking I stupidly put all my Sky equipment in the bag and sent that as well to BT. I now can’t find the proof of postage and the post office can’t help. I spoke to BT who are unable to give me any details of the company they use to receive the returned equipment and BT only get notified once they hear from them to say that they have received the equipment. I need to get in touch with the company to ask them to let me know when they receive my returns so I can try to sort out something to get the Sky equipment back as otherwise I will be charged by Sky if I don’t send their equipment back to them. Has anyone got any idea of who I can contact please?

BT use a number of different returns centres so it will be almost impossible to find out which one it was sent to.

I would also suspect that if they found Sky Equipment in the package it would just be dumped into the recycling skip without any paper work being completed regarding it so I doubt you will be able to have the items returned to you.
