Received a text yesterday saying I can get a free battery back up for digital voice so in event of power cut I can still call emergency services - indicates to respond to text by replying Backup - but just unsure if scam or not as can find nothing on my bt account online indicating anything about this . I intend to call bt obviously but thought I’d check on here to see if anyone else received such a text and if it’s valid.
