Hello, I’m currently using the BT sports app on a games console and for some reason I’ve been charged three times today instead of once (£75 instead of £25).
There’s nothing on your site to explain what to do if such an incident occurs so I’m posting here to question it.

I have been charged 4 times today for BT Sport!! They said I have to wait 3 days for them to sort it but it's coming out my account every 2 hours! I have had to freeze my entire bank account, what an earth is going on!!!! £100 so far paid today and I cannot afford errors like this, it's needs sorting NOW, waiting times on phone is 20 mins currently it's a joke

It’s absolutely absurd. Four times and like you said, every two hours. When does it stop?
