My bank account is showing 4 payments taken for my bt sport monthly pass this morning instead of 1 how do I get a refund ?
I have not received a message to my inbox.
I understand that you are not responsible for this but this is a widespread problem. Why are BT sport still taking payments every hour? This should have been stopped at Hour 2 at the very latest.
I assume this a case of worrying that BT will not receive payments they are due and so BT are willing to put their customers in potential overdrafts and taken their money instead.

This has also affected me, ben charged 5 times. Been trying to get answers via the messaging app but it's really slow.
My bank has put a block on my card for online payments. It is the only card I have. Can I ask if the payments will continue to go up, or will they stop and I can then be refunded the £100?
