I notice someone else posted about this issue recently. My BT broadband contract is nearing its end, I get email prompts to renew but when I log in and try to, I get the message 'Sorry, we can't show you any personalised deals at the moment.'
It's been like this for many days. Any ideas?

If you call freephone 0800 800 030 select option 1 you will be able to renew your contract through a retentions advisor.
Thanks for that, but I really wanted to see the offers before engaging some agent live, time to think and compare the market as it were.
Is there really no way to fix this issue online?
It may be to do with BT customers being switched to EE for broadband
