Can't access account on My BT web page and app

My BT ID homepage is showing: "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment"

I have had this issue since my new package became active. I have an old account that was supposed to end when the new the new package went live, how do I fix this error so I can view the homepage? I am unable to claim the game pass despite receiving the email.

Hi @Ford295, welcome to the forum and sorry that you can't claim your Game Pass.

The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and you will be able to claim it ok. 

If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed. This can take a week or more to be completed currently.
