I received the activation email last week and it took me to a page to enter my birthday. It stated my birthday was incorrect and I had a total of 5 attempts. I contacted customer support who stated my birthday was input incorrect on their end. They stated my actual birthday was now in the system.
However, the original activation link has expired and each time I click the button to email me another one all I get is an email about how to change my BTID. I am now caught in a loop of logging in, clicking the resend activation link and receiving an email about changing my BTID. All I need is another activation link. Please help!
