Cannot add my account to MyBT

Hi Support. When I add my account it says it has been added, and might take 5 minutes to show, but it never gets added. I have tried multiple times over the last few days.

According to similar articles regarding this, it seems as though it is something that I need assistance with?

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

You should call the BT Customer Support 0800.800.150 and they should be able to help. If you are still unable to get it sorted post back and it may be possible for further assistance to be offered.

Thank you for your reply. I just call that number & selected the required product help. Unfortunately it just said that there is a high call volume & disconnected me. Not really a good new customer experience.

It is possibly to do with BT being on strike today.
