I want to change a BT ID so I followed the process online however after clicking ok with the new email address and BT error flashed up on the screen.
The new email address didn't receive a message and I can still login with the old login information.
So I tried the process again but now when I type the new email address and error comes up saying 'BTID username already exists, please try a different email address'.
Can someone get me out of the loop?

@The_Bin_Man I'm sorry about that, it might be best deleting the BT ID completely to enable you to set it up from scratch.
I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details but it will be next week before the moderation team can get back to you as we're really busy at the moment.
