I changed to bt at end of Feb, I still haven't got the free xbox pass for a year. Can't do it through my app as it say site is down for maintenance and gives a number to phone, I foned it and was told there's an issue and to keep trying, I was on live chat and was given 2 different dates to try again but still didn't work, the last person I spoke to said they'd send another activation code to me by 31st march, still haven't received. Also, im on full fibre but my sons pc is only reading at 62 download speed, it should be about 700, the upload speed is fine. Feel like i was well mugged off. You can only process it through your own BT account, so after maintenance is done, go to MyBT on a computer and then Manage on Your Products, then scroll down to Content Partners and Add now under the Xbox game pass.
