Hello all I keep getting emails telling me to get my gift card.  But I can’t find it anywhere lol 

just wondering if anyone could help me out with this please

Are the emails you're receiving recommending you try logging into your account to claim your reward card?

yes I’ve read and reread all on getting your gift card and I still can’t get anything xx

What happens when you select the option to redeem your card and log in? Can you see anything mentioned about this offer?

Also what offer did you go for that you're meant to receive this with?

there’s no mention of the gift card at all that I can find 

I don’t have a clue I’ve just been getting emails telling me to claim my 50£ gift card as I’ve just taken out broadband and tv with bt
