How do I remove 2 old accounts from My BT?

I have recently returned to BT and set up my MY BT Account. 

When I view MY BT, it is showing two old account that we closed years ago. 

How do I get this removed?

Been on the phone to some really nice people from BT, but getting no where.

Hi @Wazza1967 and welcome to our community.

Thanks for posting about your BTiD.

It might be easier to delete it completely so you can set it up using the correct account but I can check all of that for you. I'll send you a private message now so drop me a reply and we'll take it from there.
