Multiple Account Numbers

Hi

 

My account has 3 account numbers attached to it. 2 of which are inactive. I am trying to renew my broadband deal but due to the inactive account numbers this keeps failing. Can some body help me remove the 2 inactive account numbers please?

phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help you   can also try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

Hi

 

Is there no way for me to manage my account without calling? BT call centers are a terrible waste of time! I would prefer to do this via message/email or using the webpage.

there is no email address but there is a message us on billing link
