On 24th November 2023 I removed Bt sports from my package.My new bill was to be £37.99 for full fibre .got bill today for £66 And next month will be £62 ,contacted advisor who says order is still open and I have to keep paying higher price until it’s closed .The reason being given is that someone forgot to send return package for tv box
