I RETURNED A ROUTER AND UNWANTED EQUIPMENT WITH THE PREPAID PRINTED LABEL AND BAG SENT TO ME FROM BT. I TRACKED THE ITEM AND GOT RECIPIENT NOT AT ADDRESS - RETURN TO SENDER. OF COURSE THEY CAN'T RETURN TO SENDER AS THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS. NOW BT ARE EMAILING ME ASKING WHERE THE ITEMS ARE.
ANY ASSISTANCE FROM BT WOULD BE WELCOME AS I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO REPLY TO THEIR AUTOMATED EMAILS.

If you have Proof of Postage call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account as it having been returned.
