Did you place your order on bt.com?
Have you set up your BTID? What is a BT ID and how can I get one? | BT Help

Hi John, yes placed the order on BT website, set up another BTID as already had one for our family home. The broadband is for a holiday let that we have recently completed on. The service is live and will be plugging in the modem when we next go on Fri 16th.

The reward has now been claimed for you and will be with you within the next 30 days. You find information on activating and using the reward at Claim your BT Reward Card.
