It seems I am having the same problem as others.

I don't appreciate receiving an email which threatens a charge for non-return when I have logged every week since and not found a "return my kit" link. I've had enough of waiting on phones trying to get through.

BT need to remove the warning or insert a link. Or let us recycle it at a recycling centre without the fear we are going to later be charged for non-return.
