Hi Raffo I went to ombudsman and they were excellent, they made it possible to end my contract early and they let my partner take the home essentials on and I still pay it out of my bank account, every one else kept saying they could not help me but now I am saving a lot a money and that money goes on my heating bill so now I am nice and warm !! So if you don't get anywhere on here there is always the ombudsman to help you out.
