I am having the exact same issue I log in on the web browser I can only change my account on one page then when I go to my products it swaps back to my old account. I have been trying to claim the Xbox game pass ultimate but  there is nothing showing up for it. i think its due to the wrong account being on. Could I please some assistance with this issue please.
