I have applied to be account manager for my elderly dad's account as his bill is too expensive. It is pending. How will this request be reviewed and how long will it take?

Hi @RichardJ80 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, an email should have been sent to the account holder with a link so they can verify your request to be an account manager.

The account holder is 86 and does not have an email account. The email added was my own and I have clicked the link but it says pending.
