i am having this same issue my internet got activated this morning and shortly after i got the xbox email and when i went up to the bt app and website on 4 diffrent devices the content partner isnt showing up

If only activated today then you need to wait until your order shows as completed in MYBT. you also have to have paid your first bill before you will see 'content partners'
So just keep checking using pc/laptop not the app until it appears
