I am hoping you can help, as i have the same issue. I have three accounts showing on my account, and even if I select the relevant one, it just goes to a blank screen and I cannot claim the reward card. Can someone help please. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this afternoon.
Sorry for the problems you had claiming for your reward card. I have claimed for the reward on your behalf and you'll receive an email confirming this. I have also arranged to remove the two old accounts that are still associated to your BTID. Once they're deleted you'll only have the one active account on there.
