For the past couple of weeks I have been asking BT to provide me with some costings to include a TV package to my current BT broadband contract. I have been unable to access any upgrade information online because of "data integrity issues" on my account. On speaking with BT, I have been told that the only way they can sort the matter out is for me to cancel my TNT Sports package! Apparently they will then be able to provide me with some cost options for a suitable TV package even though cancelling TNT sports will cost me an early termination fee.
I fail to understand why the data integrity issue cannot be corrected without the need to cancel TNT sports. My current Sky TV contract is ending and I would just like BT to offer me the option of adding TV to my current broadband and TNT sports package. Any ideas how I can make any progress on this issue?
