When i  go to logon on to my bt account. I use my bt id and password which are correct  . I then get the following error displayed.

Can some one assist.

Sorry you're having problems viewing your information. Do you get the same error message with different browsers or devices?

Yes i do. Have tried with edge and ie. Regarding devices have tried on 3 different laptops.
